About your role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and drive product quality performance across our external manufacturing network. This role sits at the centre of supplier quality, product lifecycle support, and cross-functional delivery, ensuring our products meet the highest standards from development through to commercial supply.
You will act as the primary quality representative across projects, supplier interactions, and issue resolution, balancing operational delivery with continuous improvement.
Product & Supply Quality Management

- Provide quality support for product development activities, ensuring readiness for product launch and assessing requirements for entry into new markets
- Support the supply of commercial products, proactively identifying and escalating risks that may impact supply or timelines, and driving mitigation plans
- Represent Quality in cross-functional projects, acting as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters
Supplier & External Partner Management

- Conduct supplier qualifications and perform regular audits (both product-specific and quality system audits)
- Manage the closure of non-conformances and support supplier approval processes
- Maintain and oversee the Approved Suppliers List
- Travel to supplier sites as required to support operational oversight and critical business needs
Quality Systems & Compliance

- Manage complaints, deviations, and investigations related to commercial batches, ensuring robust root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Review and evaluate supplier change controls, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing monitoring
- Ensure alignment with applicable regulatory and internal quality standards
Performance & Continuous Improvement

- Develop and monitor KPIs to assess supplier performance and product quality
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive quality enhancements across the supply network
- Lead root cause analyses and structured problem-solving activities to implement sustainable improvements
- Share best practices across suppliers and internal teams
Does this sound like you?

- Strong experience in quality management within regulated industries (e.g. pharmaceuticals, medical devices, FMCG or similar)
- Proven track record managing external suppliers and manufacturing partners
- Experience leading investigations, deviations, CAPA and change control processes
- Strong understanding of quality systems and audit processes
- Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional and project-based environments
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and proactively identifying and resolving risks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
