Your "day to day":

• Responsible for orchestrating the entire commercial operation in the area of activity:
• Team management and direct/indirect leadership of 25 employees Personally develops and monitors Sales Plans, in addition to controlling trade investments.
• Constant alignment with other departments.
• Development of sales and marketing actions to boost sales.
• Daily monitoring of the main KPIs (Share, Product mix, revenue, Sales volume, average price).
• Responsible for maximizing sales in the area of operation in São Paulo, through the development of actions such as visibility of PMI brands, consumer engagement, planning and development of action plans.

We are looking for:

• Higher degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leadership roles (sales/trade marketing) in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies.
• Familiarity with working in a challenging and highly complex environment.
• Management and monitoring of indicators, advanced knowledge in BI, Excel and Power Point.
