Your ‘day to day’ 

 

IQOS, VEEV and ZYN are among our world-leading brands. As a Territory Commercial Executive B2B, you will take ownership of your territory and be responsible for driving their growth and bringing our smoke-free vision to life. 

 

You will build strong business partnerships with our retail customers, analyze your territory to identify opportunities and develop targeted commercial plans to grow our smoke-free business. By understanding each customer’s business and the dynamics of your territory, you will determine how to maximize business impact. 

 

Excellence in execution will be at the core of everything you do. You will ensure the effective deployment of the activities included in our Commercial Cycle across our entire portfolio, including both smoke-free products and our combustible business. This means delivering outstanding portfolio management, distribution, availability and in-store visibility; preventing out-of-stocks; and executing all activities that influence the adult consumer experience at the point of sale. 

 

Ultimately, you will turn strategy into results — making sure that the right products, execution and customer conversations come together in every point of sale across your territory. 

 

Who we’re looking for (Mandatory requirements)  

 

 
  • University degree. 

  • English proficiency at B2 level or above, to be assessed during the selection process. 

  • Native or near-native Spanish. 

  • Valid driving license for Spain, held for at least one year. 

  • Valid authorization to work in the European Union. 

 

Skills and experience 

 

  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven commercial mindset. 

  • Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with customers. 

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. 

  • Ability to analyze business information and translate insights into action. 

  • Previous experience in sales, trade marketing or B2B environments is a plus.
