Take the lead in shaping a globally recognized portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to drive portfolio strategy, innovation, and B2B execution, bringing category strategy to life and delivering strong commercial performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Strategy, Development & Innovation
  Develop and execute portfolio strategies and annual plans by translating category direction and market insights into clear priorities, while leading innovation initiatives in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Growth & Opportunity Management
  Identify, size, and prioritize growth opportunities using data-driven analysis, including volume upside assessment to quantify incremental volume and market share potential
• Execution & Ownership
  Drive end-to-end Brand’s marketing mix execution and activation initiatives through trade channels and retail touchpoints, partnering with sales, trade, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and excellence in execution while having effectiveness in-market delivery with priorities and outcomes
• Commercial & Performance Management
  Manage portfolio performance with a strong commercial lens, balancing volume, market share, and P&L impact; track KPIs to ensure ROI discipline and alignment with category targets

Who we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in portfolio, category, or brand management
• Experience managing a global or multi-market portfolio is a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with commercial mindset
• Passion for leveraging market insights to build impactful strategies
• Bilingual in Thai and English, with the ability to translate business strategies into clear, audience-appropriate communication
