As Manager Portfolio, you’ll lead with vision and define strategic direction, grounded in deep insights and a strong understanding of the evolving landscape. Your work will directly influence how we challenge, grow, and lead in the market—both today and in the future.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Brand Leadership
    Set and steer the long-term direction of the product portfolio to ensure competitiveness, relevance, and growth, while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
  • Integrated Planning & Execution
    Develop and implement portfolio strategies and annual plans that deliver on volume, share, and financial goals, ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Manage the full category P&L to meet revenue, cost, and profitability targets.
  • Insight-Driven Optimization
    Monitor portfolio performance and market dynamics to see opportunities and risks. Translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen market position, ensuring all activities comply with local regulations.
  • Market-Centric Innovation
    Leverage research and market understanding to identify whitespace opportunities and ensure portfolio  relevance in a rapidly evolving landscape.
  • Activation & Engagement Excellence
    Lead the development and execution of impactful B2B activities and portfolio initiatives that align with strategic goals and elevate its presence.
  • Leading High-Performance Teams
    Inspire, develop, and lead a team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

 

Who we're looking for

  • 10+ years in FMCG portfolio, trade, or commercial roles, including 5+ years leading teams.
  • Naturally curious, with a validated ability to turn data into action and consistently deliver results through structured, impactful execution.
  • Great foundation in project and change management, with hands-on market analysis experience.
  • Demonstrated success in aligning with global project directions and effectively managing diverse local and international partners.
  • Experienced and enthusiastic in navigating compliance and regulatory environments.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent, high-impact communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
