Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Innovation: Conduct market entry analysis, run simulations and scenarios, translate strategic goals into actionable projects, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Project Portfolio Management: Prioritize initiatives, manage resources, and optimize value across the project portfolio to align with business objectives.
• Governance and Standardization: Define and implement project management standards and methodologies to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Performance Monitoring: Supervise critical metrics, report project status, and proactively manage risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Support and Training: Mentor project managers and facilitate the adoption of project-based work across the organization.
• Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team, foster collaboration, and support talent growth and engagement.

Who Are We Looking For:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in a strategic project leadership role within the FMCG industry or a similarly fast-paced sector
• Proven expertise in leading PMOs using PMPM, SCRUM, LEAN, or Agile methodologies
• Strong business acumen in business planning and growth strategy
• Excellent financial and analytical skills
• A flexible, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics
• Fluent in Thai and English, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
