At Philip Morris Trading (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (PMTT), we are driving a bold transformation — and we are looking for talented people who want to make a visible impact. Wherever you join us, you will find meaningful challenges, brighter solutions, and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.

Are you a strategic thinker who can turn complexity into clarity, influence senior decisions, and deliver transformation that creates measurable business value?

We are looking for a Manager PMO & Business Development to take on a highly critical and business-impacting role at the center of strategy, transformation, and execution. Working directly with senior leadership, you will shape strategic priorities, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive complex cross-functional initiatives that influence key business decisions and accelerate growth.

This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will identify opportunities, assess trade-offs, navigate ambiguity, and proactively manage risks that could impact business outcomes. By translating enterprise objectives into actionable plans with measurable impact, you will help ensure critical initiatives are clearly prioritized, strongly aligned, appropriately risk-managed, and successfully delivered in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Enterprise Strategy & Business Transformation: Lead high-impact strategic initiatives that connect business priorities with execution, translating complex objectives into clear roadmaps, measurable milestones, and enterprise-level outcomes.
  • Leadership Change & Organizational Alignment: Drive PMO effectiveness through periods of leadership transition, shifting priorities, and organizational change, ensuring teams remain aligned, engaged, and focused on business-critical deliverables.
  • Portfolio Governance & Prioritization: Own the governance rhythm for strategic portfolios, challenging priorities, surfacing trade-offs, and ensuring resources, investments, and leadership attention are focused on initiatives with the highest business value.
  • Stakeholder Management & Executive Influence: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, influence decisions without direct authority, manage competing expectations, and create alignment across commercial, finance, operations, and enabling functions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making & Performance Insights: Establish robust performance tracking, risk sensing, and insight-generation mechanisms, using data, financial analysis, and scenario planning to support faster, sharper, and more confident leadership decisions.
  • Capability Building & Execution Excellence: Elevate PMO capability across the organization by coaching project leaders, embedding agile ways of working, strengthening governance discipline, and building a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent strategic/business qualification is an advantage.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in PMO, business transformation, strategy, business development, finance, commercial planning, or enterprise-level program leadership, preferably within FMCG or another fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver results across diverse stakeholder groups in dynamic business environments.
  • Expertise in PMO governance, portfolio management, Agile, Scrum, Lean, and structured problem-solving methodologies, with the ability to pragmatically adapt frameworks to business realities.
  • High level of executive presence and influence, with the ability to shape senior-level discussions, simplify complex issues, challenge constructively, and drive decisions across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, combined with data-driven decision-making capabilities and the ability to connect market dynamics, commercial priorities, financial implications, and operational execution.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, with outstanding communication, facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
