Key Responsibilities:

  • Sale Strategy & Market Leadership: Own the key account strategy to deliver sales volume, market share, and financial targets. Ensure robust demand planning and inventory forecasting to support sustainable growth.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and leverage long-term partnerships with key accounts to drive mutual value. Implement category management principles.
  • Team & Capability Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team. Set direction, coach for growth, and build capabilities to meet evolving business challenges.
  • Channel Strategy & Alignment: Define and communicate the strategic direction for the key account function, ensuring alignment with regional and global commercial priorities.
  • Trading Terms & Negotiation Excellence: Lead the development and negotiation to maximize profitability, distribution, and strategic growth. Ensure consistency with global frameworks.
  • Trade Investment: Oversee trade planning and execution effectiveness to drive volume, share, and portfolio equity, ensuring best-in-class in-store execution.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyse sale performance, market insights to identify opportunities
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to market regulations, internal policies and ethical standards.

 

Who we're looking for

  • Minimum of 8 years in the FMCG industry, with essential experience in Modern Trade Management and Trade Marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with key Modern Trade accounts.
  • Proven leadership with a genuine passion for team management and a strategic focus on talent development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders, in Thai and English.
