About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and driven Manager National Commercial Organization Deveopment (COD) to lead the development and execution of our commercial training strategy. This role is critical in building the capabilities of our Commercial Organization—ensuring individuals and teams are equipped to deliver on national, departmental, and regional objectives through well-defined standards and performance frameworks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Implement Training Strategy
    Build and execute a comprehensive commercial training strategy aligned with long-range business plans across national and regional levels.

  • Define Capabilities & Role Standards
    Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify required knowledge, skills, and competencies, and establish performance standards that support the Commercial Approach.

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis
    Identify capability gaps through structured analysis and prioritize training initiatives to address those gaps effectively.

  • Manage Training Programs & Frameworks
    Oversee the design and delivery of training programs and assessment tools, integrating global and local functional trainings and external offerings.

  • Monitor Training Effectiveness
    Develop a framework to measure the consistency, impact, and application of training programs, coaching, and learning outcomes across the organization.

  • Lead the Commercial Training Team
    Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing training team with clear accountabilities and performance expectations.

  • Support Distributor Force Development
    Deliver tailored training programs for distributor teams to ensure long-term organizational sustainability.

  • Ensure Compliance & Budget Management
    Meet financial and administrative objectives while adhering to internal policies and procedures.


Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • Experience: 5–7 years in the FMCG industry, with a strong background in Sales
