The Market Insights Lead will drive the development of market understanding through advanced research, analytics, and strategic storytelling. By harnessing data from multiple sources, you’ll uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that shape business direction and unlock growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that fuel strategic decisions and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead market intelligence strategy: Design and execute research initiatives that directly support business growth and competitive advantage.
• Deliver high-impact insights: Analyze and synthesize data from diverse sources to generate actionable recommendations that influence key decisions.
• Optimize research excellence: Oversee the full research lifecycle—from brief development to supplier selection and methodology—to ensure world-class outcomes.
• Champion innovation: Stay ahead of emerging tools and techniques, and actively integrate global best practices to elevate market understanding.
• Enable strategic foresight: Translate complex market dynamics into clear, forward-looking insights that guide business planning and execution.

Who Are We Looking For:

• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 7+ years in market research, insights, and analytics
• Advanced analytical skills with a strong command of strategic data tools and a keen awareness of emerging trends; proficient in Power BI, Google Analytics, and other platforms
• Sharp business acumen with a strong sense for identifying growth opportunities
• Effective communicator with proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership
• Excellent interpersonal skills in both Thai and Englis
