Position Title:  Warehouse Team Lead

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Lead who will be based in Bandung.

Your ‘day to day’

• Forecasting & Operational 

Collaborate with commercial team for availability stock for sales 
Collaborate with demand & supply planners to follow up forecast and sales plan  
Provide insights on forecast accuracy, demand trends, and supply gaps.
Collaborate with 3PL vendor for daily operational in warehouse & transportation

• Data Management Analysis & Inventory Management

Prepare dashboards and reports for SD (Service Delivery) meeting (e.g., KPI tracking, risk & opportunity analysis).
Conduct root cause analysis for KPI (e.g., CFR, Track & Trace, Stock Accuration)
Understanding Inventory control & stock management 

• System & Tools Utilization

Operate planning tools (e.g., SAP Production, WMS, Excel-based models).
Ensure master data accuracy and system integrity.
Drive improvements in planning tool utilization.

• Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to enhance the Service Delivery process (transport optimization, warehouse mangement, CO2 reduction)
Participate in or lead process improvement initiatives

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field can be advantageou
• Minimum 2 years experience in SupplyCchain, Planning, or Business Analytics roles
• Fuent inEenglish both for verbal and written
• Familiar with warehouse & transport management
• Strong analytical skills and Data Mangement
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI
• SAP knowledge, FMCG business process, Stakeholder Engagement, SAP inventory, Dashboard & Reports, Safety & compliance would be a plus
