You will be spearheading the development and performing comprehensive omni-channel programs crafted to engage consumers at various stages of the buying process.

Job Responsibilities

Program Development and Deployment:

  • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive awareness and acquisition programs, including guided trials, virtual trials, and device landings.
  • Ensure seamless and effective integration of these programs across both physical and digital channels to optimize consumer engagement and experience.

Collaboration and Execution Excellence:

  • Collaborate closely with physical channel partners to ensure excellence in execution and maintain high levels of consumer experience (CX) during program deployment.
  • Work closely with the digital and commercial operations teams to implement necessary programs that improve the consumer journey.

Quality and Quantity of Acquisition:

  • Take charge of both the quality and quantity of consumer acquisition, actively monitoring and optimizing the consumer funnel from non-awareness to awareness, and from trial to purchase.
  • Collaborate with teams for seamless transitions in the consumer journey, focusing on buying stage to conversion, ensuring smooth handover to customer care.

Feedback Collection and Collaborator Collaboration:

  • Tasked with gathering valuable feedback from diverse customers to consistently improve and enhance program strategies.
  • Foster strong collaboration between commercial operations, marketing, digital teams, and external partners to ensure aligned goals and cohesive execution.
