Position Title:  Commercial Planning Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and support the execution of commercial initiatives in alignment with project management methodology, ensuring timely deployment across various geographies and locations.
• Enhance the use of resources to improve the impact of initiatives while following agreed-upon strategies and budgets, driving business growth for PM Azerbaijan.
• Maintain an efficient communication process across the organization and respective collaborators to ensure that each approved commercial initiative is processed promptly and evaluated for results and findings.
• Contribute to the development of central initiatives, adding to the overall direction of the company.
• Analyze consolidated needs and lead all aspects of the ordering and delivery of all materials required for the implementation of commercial activities and initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of performance tracking systems to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of commercial activities, thereby improving return on investment.
• Prepare detailed reports on a quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis to track progress and provide actionable insights.
• Complete and follow up on trade marketing activities to ensure they meet company standards.

Required Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Information Systems.
• Proven experience in reporting within a multinational environment.
• Strong technical skills in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is an advantage.
• Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to gather data, structure it, determine relationships, draw conclusions, and propose hypotheses.
• Excellent critical thinking skills to address and solve business problems.
• Self-motivated with a keen eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive business environment.
• Proficiency in English, Russian, and Azeri.
