We are looking for Commercial People Operations Executive to join us. The role involves acting as a liaison between P&C and employees, ensuring smooth communication, prompt resolution of requests and questions, and maintaining a productive working environment for the local team. This position aims to contribute to the smooth running of respective functions and facilitate business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring flawless execution of administrative tasks.
- Provide P&C administrative support to various functions within the company.
- Compile, update, and maintain employee files with strict attention to detail.
- Address employee requests regarding P&C-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure timely and accurate information sharing with employees to maintain transparency.
- Contribute to the development and success of internal engagement activities.
- Maintain internal communication channels and plan content for various platforms.
- Build purchase requests and new vendor profiles in the system.
- Manage the registration and tracking of company agreements.
- Control incoming invoices, ensuring completeness for payment and crafting payment orders in e-banking.
- Control and reconcile expense reports in compliance with company policy and local legislation.
- Monitor fuel stocks and ensure accurate record-keeping in the system.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly, monthly, and other reports.
- Ensure the availability of minimum stock for office supplies and maintain accurate supplies for the cafeteria.
- Coordinate the purchase of air tickets, hotel bookings, and visa processing.
- Assist in coordinating various events, including team building and town hall meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Law.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in the HR field.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong customer focus with excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity with diverse collaborators.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with various team members, customers, and partners to turn business needs into practical tasks.
- Proficiency in Azeri, English, and Russian.
