As a Regional Key Account Executive (RKAE), you will be responsible for managing PMFTC’s business within a defined set of local accounts in your assigned region. Your role is pivotal in driving volume and growth, ensuring contract and pricing compliance, and building strategic partnerships that give PMFTC a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts to achieve volume, share growth, pricing, inventory, and contract objectives.
- Execute in-store programs, product launches, and visibility initiatives.
- Support contract negotiations and merchandising strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners for account servicing and activations.
- Conduct regular account reviews, store visits, and trade checks.
- Monitor budgets and ensure compliance with account plans and company policies.
- Collaborate with the National Key Accounts team to ensure contract compliance and effective execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Key Account Management, Sales, FMCG, or retail.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Can drive a manual transmission vehicle and holds a valid driver's license for at least one year.
- Willing to travel within the assigned region.
Work Location: Sales Office – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by the assigned sales office
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 6:30 AM
