Purpose of the Role

The Commercial Planning Associate provides planning and administrative support to the Sales Team to ensure efficient operations, accurate reporting, and effective execution of commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Performance Reporting

Monitor and analyze sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports with actionable insights.

POS Management and Route Planning

Maintain and update POS and customer master data records.
Manage route plans, journey generation, and territory assignments.
Prepare inventory, coverage, and target-setting reports.

Inventory Governance

Reconcile inventory reports against system balances.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
Coordinate with warehouse and finance teams regarding inventory concerns.

Technical Support and Asset Management

Provide support for field devices and business applications.
Configure hardware and software as needed.
Liaise with IT teams for technical concerns.
Monitor and maintain device inventory records.

Field Operations Support

Assist field teams and provide operational backup when required.
Process route and system access requests.
Prepare manual execution and contingency plans.

Training and Onboarding

Support training activities and onboarding programs for new employees.
Help ensure readiness and compliance of new hires.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales reporting, finance reporting, or related functions.
Experience in data analysis, forecasting, and target setting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
