About the Role 

 

The Sr. Supervisor, Workplace Experience provides day-to-day people leadership and operational oversight for Workplace Experience services at the Aurora, Colorado site. This role leads the local Workplace Experience team and is responsible for creating a welcoming, functional, safe, and people-centric workplace that supports employee productivity, wellbeing, connection, and culture. 

 

Reporting to the Manager, Facilities & Workplace Experience, the Sr. Supervisor translates Workplace Experience priorities, standards, and operating expectations into effective site-level execution. This role supervises and develops Workplace Experience team members, coordinates daily priorities and operational coverage, monitors service delivery, and serves as the primary frontline escalation point for Workplace Experience matters. The Sr. Supervisor operates with a high degree of independence in day-to-day site operations while partnering with the Manager on broader facilities, staffing, financial, vendor, and continuous improvement priorities.

Your Day-to-Day

 

People Leadership & Team Development

  • Supervise, coach, and develop Workplace Experience team members supporting the Aurora site.
  • Set daily priorities, assign workloads, establish service expectations, and drive accountability.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, development planning, recognition, and corrective action support in partnership with leadership.
  • Lead onboarding and training while reinforcing service standards, processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Monitor staffing, scheduling, and operational coverage needs.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and service-oriented team culture.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring activities.

Workplace Experience Operations & Service Delivery

  • Lead day-to-day Workplace Experience operations, ensuring service excellence, operational readiness, and alignment with PMI standards.
  • Coordinate daily operations, team coverage, and service delivery across reception, visitor services, mailroom, office supplies, meeting spaces, refreshments, parking, lockers, fitness center, fleet support, and other workplace services.
  • Assess workplace readiness, presentation, and service quality, implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues and identify continuous improvement opportunities through employee feedback and site observations.

Events, Engagement & Community

  • Lead planning and execution of onsite and offsite employee events, including complex and business-critical activities.
  • Oversee event logistics, vendors, catering, communications, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and community-building initiatives.

Facilities Coordination & Space Planning

  • Lead space readiness, internal moves, seating changes, workspace reconfigurations, and furniture deployment in partnership with Facilities and Real Estate.
  • Coordinate occupancy projects and partner with Facilities, IT, Security, Health & Safety, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.

Standards, Process Improvement & Vendor Management

  • Champion Workplace Experience standards, processes, and service expectations.
  • Improve workflows, tools, systems, and service delivery practices.
  • Develop and maintain procedures, playbooks, checklists, and service documentation.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, manage vendor performance, and resolve service-related issues.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Facilities, and other teams to address purchasing, invoicing, and operational concerns.

Administrative, Budget & Compliance Support

  • Oversee purchasing activities, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and expense tracking.
  • Support budget planning, forecasting, spend analysis, and reporting.
  • Recommend improvements to administrative controls and financial processes.
  • Support compliance with health, safety, security, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner on emergency preparedness, incident response, and workplace safety initiatives while promoting a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.

Who we’re looking for: 

 

  • 4+ Years demonstrated experience leading, supervising, coaching, or developing employees in a workplace, facilities, hospitality, employee experience, operations, or service-focused environment. 
  • 4+ Years experience coordinating multiple workplace or operational service areas and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to establish expectations, provide feedback, develop employees, and promote accountability. 
  • Strong customer-service orientation with a commitment to creating a high-quality employee and visitor experience. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, leaders, cross-functional partners, vendors, and service providers. 
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, independently resolve day-to-day operational issues, and appropriately escalate complex or higher-risk matters. 
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail and follow-through. 
  • Experience supporting or coordinating vendors, purchasing activities, invoices, expenses, or other administrative financial processes. 
  • Ability to effectively use workplace technology and standard business productivity tools to manage operations, communication, documentation, and reporting. 
  • Ability to work onsite in Aurora, Colorado and provide leadership and operational support based on site and business needs. 
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. 

 

What’s nice to have: 

 

  • Previous experience in ,Workplace Experience, Facilities, Corporate Real Estate, Hospitality, Office Operations, Employee Experience, or a related field. 
  • Experience leading workplace operations within a large corporate, manufacturing, industrial, or multi-functional site environment. 
  • Experience coordinating employee events, engagement programs, workplace moves, space planning, or site readiness activities. 
  • Experience working with integrated facilities management providers or other outsourced workplace service partners. 
  • Familiarity with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, expense tracking, and budget support. 
  • Experience developing or implementing SOPs, playbooks, operating procedures, service standards, or continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Experience partnering across Facilities, Real Estate, IT, Security, Health & Safety, People & Culture, Finance, and Procurement. 
  • Familiarity with workplace management, service request, space management, visitor management, or related workplace technology platforms.

 

Annual Base Salary Range: $96,000 - $121,000
