Your Day-to-Day
As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you will support our Safety and Quality culture while helping achieve production goals. You will operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance.
Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
- Adjust equipment, perform basic maintenance, and resolve minor mechanical issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures and production plans.
- Comply with all safety requirements and PPE standards.
- Complete quality checks and production documentation.
- Partner with Quality teams to identify and prevent issues.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and waste.
- Communicate effectively during shift hand-offs.
- Use digital tools to record and track production data.
Who We’re Looking For
- Technical training or strong mechanical aptitude.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work safely while using required PPE.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Hourly Rate: Starts at $27/hour, plus shift differential for nights and weekends.
