Your ‘day to day’:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, sustainability, and overall performance
- Collect, evaluate, and prioritize improvement opportunities, partnering with local, regional, and global stakeholders to implement solutions
- Identify training and capability-building needs and coordinate development programs to close skill gaps
- Analyze process performance, losses, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and execute action plans that improve productivity, quality, and operational effectiveness
- Coordinate testing and implementation of new technologies, materials, and process enhancements
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to share and adopt best practices
- Manage process changes, ensuring specifications and standards remain current and effective
- Design and optimize processes that meet customer expectations and PMI standards
- Maintain management systems and support internal and external audits
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement experience
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong knowledge of problem-solving and continuous improvement tools such as root cause analysis, Pareto, Fishbone, and 8D
- Ability to analyze data and apply statistical methods to drive process improvements
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, resource planning, and demand forecasting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and SAP
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Fluent in English
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Annual Base Salary Range: $88,000 - $110,000
