Come work with us! We are hiring a Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a Quality Control Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for all Quality Control laboratory activities. The Manager develops and executes the Quality Control strategy, ensures laboratory systems remain inspection-ready and fit for purpose, and builds organizational capability while driving collaboration across functions.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Establish and maintain a culture of safety excellence throughout laboratory operations.
  • Ensure laboratory activities comply with all applicable safety regulations, standards, and company requirements.
  • Own the overall Quality Control program and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Establish and maintain the strategic roadmap for laboratory systems, methods, technologies, and capability development.
  • Ensure laboratory data integrity, validation programs, method suitability, and compliance systems remain effective and inspection-ready.
  • Ensure Quality Control effectively supports manufacturing schedules, product release needs, and business objectives.
  • Drive improvements in laboratory turnaround times, capacity planning, workflow, and service performance.
  • Own the Quality Control operating budget and resource planning strategy.
  • Identify and execute cost optimization opportunities while maintaining compliance and product quality.
  • Create and sustain a culture of accountability, engagement, development, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop leadership capabilities with Team Leads and future leaders.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year Quality Control roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience developing strategy, managing budgets, and leading organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, quality systems, data integrity, investigations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Salary Base Rate: $132,000 to $165,000
