Position Title:  Maintenance Lead I

As a Maintenance Lead for our Aurora, Colorado plant, you will lead the implementation and execution of key maintenance strategies on the production floor, ensuring maintenance cycles are performed effectively and safely. You will develop procedures and routines with your maintenance team to support maintenance activities, equipment modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your day-to-day:

• Coordinate the Electronic and Mechanical Maintenance teams to execute scheduled inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure machine documentation is current and available within our Progressive Maintenance system and logbooks.
• Manage and control the Operations spare parts budget, maximizing equipment life while reducing costs without compromising reliability.
• Develop and improve proactive, cost-effective maintenance strategies using appropriate techniques and procedures.
• Maintain optimal maintenance standards across assigned areas.

Who we're looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent education.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or similar setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent collaboration, teamwork, customer focus, learning agility, and attention to detail.

Annual Base Salary: $88,000 - $110,000
