We are hiring a Maintenance Lead for our Aurora, CO Factory! 

 

As a Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and execution of key maintenance strategies on the operating floor and ensure the proper execution of the maintenance cycles. Together with our maintenance technicians, you’ll develop procedures and routines to ensure that maintenance, modifications and improvements of the equipment in your scope of responsibility is carried out without compromise in safety and quality.

 

‘Day to Day’

 

  • Act as the production line owner for breakdown elimination, maintenance planning and scheduling and maintenance cost management, serving as the technical expert in problem solving and on floor troubleshooting.
  • Develop the capability of the maintenance team on preventive/predictive techniques, technical mastering and technical troubleshooting through coaching and delivering on the job training
  • Coordinate with the Electronic and Mechanical maintenance team to lead and plan execution of the maintenance calendar.
  • Ensure machine documentation is updated and available in our Progressive Maintenance system and logbooks. Working with our Asset Engineers to create best-in-class maintenance procedures and standards.
  • Own the management and control of the Repair and Maintenance budget for accountable lines, maximizing life expectancy of units and finding ways to reduce cost without sacrificing safety, quality, or reliability.
  • Develop and/or improve proactive and cost-effective maintenance strategy based on suitable techniques and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all PMI and legal standards, policies, and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset, or societal loss.
  • Own a Progressive Maintenance system at the site-level, creating the tools, capabilities, and systems required for excellence in your owned system.

 

 

What we are looking for:  

  • University/Technical degree in engineering or equivalent on-job education. - More than 3 years of experience in manufacturing or similar.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Have strong communication & interpersonal skills, collaborative, a team player, customer oriented, a quick learner and have attention for detail.

Annual Base Salary Range: $88,000 - $110,000
