  Your ‘day to day’:

 

We are looking for a skilled Electronic Technician to support safe, reliable, and high‑quality manufacturing operations. This role focuses on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, teamwork, and safety.

 

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities

 

Safety & Sustainability:

 

  • Follow all safety, environmental, and health regulations and company policies
  • Promote a strong safety culture and help prevent accidents and equipment damage

 

Quality:

 

  • Ensure equipment and materials meet quality standards
  • Partner with Quality teams to prevent defects and improve product integrity
  • Help resolve quality issues using structured problem‑solving methods
  • Support continuous improvement in maintenance and equipment reliability

 

Equipment & Maintenance

 

  • Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance (preventive and corrective)
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond as a first point of contact for breakdowns
  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process changes
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, settings, and troubleshooting guides
  • Follow digital/automation and OT/ICS standards
  • Use CMMS (Maximo) to record maintenance work and manage spare parts
  • Coach and support production teams during breakdowns and defects

 

Continuous Improvement & Cost Control

 

  • Identify process losses and help improve efficiency
  • Participate in kaizen and continuous improvement activities
  • Apply problem‑solving tools to reduce downtime, waste, and defects

 

Teamwork & Development (Morale)

 

  • Work as part of a self‑driven, collaborative team
  • Share knowledge, support teammates, and communicate clearly across shifts
  • Complete required documentation for traceability and compliance
  • Maintain required training and technical qualifications
  • Support and improve standard work processes and maintenance standards
  • Coach others when needed and help build team capability

 

 

Who we’re looking for: 

 

Education

  • Technical education in Electronics, Electrical, Automation, or related field
    (Technical School or Technical University)

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • Automation and control systems experience
  • Strong problem‑solving skills
  • Basic IT skills (MS Office, data entry systems)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Required)

 

Hourly Rate: $38/ hour
