What You’ll Do

  • Lead Consumer Experience Strategy: Own the end-to-end multi-category commercial engine, ensuring alignment across programs, channels, and touchpoints to maximize business results.
  • Consumer Insights & Journey Design: Foster a deep understanding of the New Zealand consumer and embed this knowledge into strategies that improve awareness, acquisition, and retention across all smoke-free products.
  • Project Leadership: Plan and coordinate scalable strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Performance & Optimization: Monitor KPIs, ROI, and consumer experience metrics; identify opportunities for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership teams, marketing, sales, and external partners to deliver impactful consumer programs and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
  • 7+ years’ experience in Sales or Marketing within FMCG or pharma sectors, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to turn insights into action.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience navigating complex, matrixed environments and driving change.
  • Proven ability to design and activate consumer programs across acquisition, conversion, loyalty, and retention.
