As a Portfolio Executive (internally titled), you will play a key role in driving both strategic and tactical initiatives for this category. You’ll identify opportunities, manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, and ensure alignment with our broader business strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive performance goals for the product in line with strategic objectives
• Manage product portfolio for your category and product lifecycle planning
• Manage New Product Launches working collaboratively with global and local teams
• Define and target consumer segments with targeted product design, conversion strategies, and launch initiatives
• Deliver actionable insights from consumer trends and purchase behavior
• Report on portfolio performance and initiative outcomes
• Ensure the right product is available at the right price in the right channel
• Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels
• Leverage data analytics to inform decisions and optimize portfolio performance

Who We’re Looking For

You are:

• Passionate and results-driven, with the ability to influence
• A creative and curious thinker, with strong attention to detail
• A team player who can also work independently
• Confident, with excellent communication skills
• Experienced in data analytics and comfortable using insights to drive strategy
• Ideally from an FMCG background, or with multicategory experience in fast-paced, consumer-focused industries
