About the Program

The PMI Commercial Graduate Program is open to Business/Commerce graduates across New Zealand.
This 18-month program includes three 6-month rotations across various teams within our Commercial function, giving you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation for your career.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, you must:

• Be a New Zealand Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold full working rights.
• Be completing your final year of undergraduate or postgraduate studies by January 2026.

Recruitment Process

If selected for the next stage, you will be invited to complete a series of online assessments. Successful candidates will then be invited to attend an in-person assessment centre in early September 2025.
