Impact You'll Own
• Ensure manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems remain compliant with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive successful qualification and validation activities that support operational excellence and business continuity.
• Improve process reliability through data analysis, investigation of validation discrepancies, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Strengthen quality performance by supporting risk assessments, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enable audit readiness and sustainable compliance through robust validation documentation and quality records.

 

What You'll Do
• Execute qualification and validation activities for manufacturing equipment, systems, and processes.
• Prepare, review, and maintain validation protocols, reports, and related documentation.
• Investigate validation deviations and support effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Analyze testing and manufacturing performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality, compliance, and operational objectives.
• Verify calibration, maintenance, and performance of equipment and instruments.
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement projects across the manufacturing environment.

 

Skills & Capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Quality, Validation, Quality Engineering, or a related area.
• Knowledge of validation lifecycle management, including equipment, process, cleaning, or method validation.
• Understanding of quality systems, engineering standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and quality investigations.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions.
