Position Title:  Territory Supervisor Brand Retail, Thessaloniki (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Impact You'll Own

• Improve productivity, efficiency, customer service, and consumer experience across Brand Retail store formats.
• Strengthen network profitability through effective store operations and resource management.
• Translate national sales targets into clear objectives for districts and individual stores.
• Build capable, motivated retail teams and foster a positive, productive working environment.
• Deliver retail activities and programs consistently through strong cross-functional collaboration.  

What You'll Do

• Design and implement operational solutions that improve performance across the assigned retail network.
• Evaluate store operations and staffing needs, and support monthly profit and loss planning with operator partners.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and key performance indicators to provide actionable business recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for store expansion or relocation, channel synergies, and retail-led events.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product launches aligned with brand strategy.
• Lead the development, training, motivation, and performance management of retail staff.
• Collaborate with Retail Strategy, Channel Planning, project owners, and other stakeholders to implement approved plans.

Skills & Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Experience managing and analyzing key performance indicators.
• Strategic planning and business decision-making.
• Retail operations and commercial acumen.
• Team leadership, coaching, and development.
• Consumer-focused thinking, Stakeholder collaboration and communication.
• Innovation and problem-solving.
• Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English.
• Fulfillment of military obligations, if applicable.
