The Strategy & Growth Senior Manager will act as the coordinator of the annual strategy process, from formulation to execution, and serve as a key liaison with the Management Team. The role focuses on providing relevant insights by integrating competitive intelligence, market dynamics, and business evolution, while coordinating and monitoring the annual multi‑functional plan and continuously updating the strategic outlook for the Greece, Cyprus, and Malta cluster.

As a member of the Strategy & Program Delivery (S&PD) team, the role will also lead or actively participate in strategic projects that support the company’s growth agenda.

 

Your ‘day to day’:

  • Coordinate and actively contribute to the annual strategy cycle by defining key business questions and supporting the development of the strategy, long‑range plan, and annual multi‑functional plan.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize data and intelligence from multiple internal and external sources, including market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance.
  • Develop actionable insights and collaborate closely with the market management team to adjust and evolve market strategies.
  • Monitor the execution of top strategic priorities and ensure progress against agreed objectives.
  • Lead or participate in strategic projects aligned with defined focus areas.
  • Conduct regular reviews of resource allocation across the market’s project portfolio.
  • Challenge existing resource allocation and enable reallocation when required, based on evolving market conditions and strategic priorities.
  • Provide analytical support and strategic recommendations to the Management Team to enable informed decision‑making.
  • Ensure annual objectives, goals, KPIs, and success measures are effectively cascaded to the market level.
  • Monitor performance to ensure delivery of market strategic priorities in line with regional expectations.
  • Report on strategy execution progress, key risks, and opportunities to relevant stakeholders in collaboration with Business Planning and multi‑functional teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities, white spaces, and potential risks within the multi‑category landscape.
  • Develop high‑level business cases for potential new initiatives or launches with a 1–3 year horizon as part of long‑range planning.

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Consulting, Consumer Goods, Consumer Electronics, Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences, Retail, or Telecommunications.
  • Proven experience in strategy development and project management across a large and complex project portfolio, delivering enterprise‑wide impact.
  • Previous leadership experience in a heavily matrixed organization.

  • Full professional fluency in English.
