Join our Consumer Engagement team and help deliver an exemplary experience through face-to-face interactions across hospitality and other consumer channels.

Impact You'll Own

  • Deliver high-quality consumer engagement, brand presentation and data collection activities across the assigned territory.
  • Strengthen execution of consumer and channel engagement programs at relevant touchpoints.
  • Use territory performance data and consumer insights to identify opportunities and improve results.
  • Coordinate third-party partners and available resources to support consistent execution.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and brief third-party partners, assign responsibilities and monitor the quality of their execution.
  • Ensure effective portfolio handling, point-of-sale materials, visibility agreements and consumer engagement programs.
  • Engage directly with consumers to understand needs, recommend appropriate solutions and address identified opportunities.
  • Support product presentations, guided trials, demonstrations, lead capture, registrations, loyalty activities and services.
  • Collect consumer data and leads through approved tools for future activations and device servicing where needed.
  • Analyze territory performance, set clear objectives and allocate available resources.
  • Provide feedback to Commercial Planning and Marketing teams and coordinate the execution of events.

Skills & Capabilities

  • University degree in any field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Field Sales or Commercial roles, ideally within a multinational company.
  • Experience supervising commercial teams or consumer engagement operations.
  • Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Fulfilled military obligations, if applicable.
