Impact You’ll Own
•    Improve equipment reliability, process stability and product quality across automated production systems.
•    Reduce breakdowns, waste and process losses through data-driven analysis and corrective actions.
•    Deliver compliant control-system upgrades, equipment modifications and commissioning activities.
•    Strengthen technical capability by coaching colleagues and sharing effective practices.

 

What You’ll Do
•    Design, develop and deploy new or revised production and process-control solutions.
•    Troubleshoot complex automation issues and ensure reliable operation of equipment and supporting systems.
•    Analyze process data, recurring failures, waste and out-of-specification results to implement improvements.
•    Lead or support installation, commissioning, qualification and validation of equipment changes and upgrades.
•    Maintain accurate technical documentation, control standards, calibration procedures and system configurations.
•    Partner with production, maintenance, quality and suppliers to deliver timely, cost-effective solutions.
•    Train users and coach technical colleagues on control systems, operating methods and standards.

 

Skills & Capabilities
Must-haves
•    Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical, Electronics or Process Control Engineering.
•    At least 3 years of hands-on experience with industrial automation and control systems in a manufacturing or operational environment.
•    Strong proficiency in Siemens S7 and/or Siemens TIA Portal.
•    Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis and data-driven decision-making skills.
•    Knowledge of quality, regulatory and Health, Safety and Environment compliance requirements.
•    Ability to independently manage complex workstreams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
•    Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Nice-to-haves
•    Experience with SCADA systems, preferably AVEVA.
•    Experience leading small projects, continuous improvement initiatives or coaching technical colleagues.
