We are currently seeking for a Digital Solutions Manager who will be responsible to drive the evolution of our digital solutions ecosystem, overseeing the planning, execution and deployment of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and identifying new opportunities for innovation and growth.  The Digital Solutions Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring digital teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity. The role reports to the Head of Digital in PMI Greece.

 

Your ‘day to day’

 

  • Drive solution design with key stakeholders, using research, analytics, and user feedback
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, IT and external vendors to identify, analyze and assess business needs.
  • Identify and pilot new initiatives to promote innovation, improve performance and user experience, while factoring in legal requirements, cost drivers and overall business impact.
  • Manage the testing process, identify test cases, and oversee User Acceptance Test (UAT) process.
  • Optimize ways of working and cross-functional collaboration to ensure all new programs and projects follow a structured methodology
  • Ensure developments are underpinned by robust data and consumer insights and engineer the approach for smooth deployment
  • Support the definition and creation of processes and procedures related to internal business processes and ensure compliance with regulation and best practices.
  • Drive digital product catalog and smooth performance of digital solutions.

Who we’re looking for

 

  • Bachelors’ degree preferably in the fields of Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or any other relative discipline with quantitative focus. Masters’ degree will be considered a plus
  • At least 8 years of experience in managing digital teams developing digital products & programs in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies and platforms, including web and mobile development, Content Management Systems and Cloud computing architecture. Experience with Salesforce platform will be considered a plus.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies and Design Thinking principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills to influence across the organization and challenge the digital strategy.
  • Creative and resourceful mindset coupled with consumer at the core mentality.
  • Experience within an international commercial organization, preferably gained in digital & consumer experience teams.
  • Bachelors’ degree preferably in the fields of Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or any other relative discipline with quantitative focus. Masters’ degree will be considered a plus.
  • Proficient in English and Greek.
