We are currently looking for dedicated individuals in the role of Senior Advanced Analyst/Data Scientist who excel in data analytics and are passionate about analyzing large amounts of raw information, aiming to improve the IQOS Consumer Journey.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Loyalty Platform Ownership & Enhancement
Own the IQOS Loyalty Club platform roadmap. Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and implement new features, upgrades, and fixes. Champion engagement mechanics (e.g., badges, gamification, personalization engines) and oversee their development from concept to launch. Ensure the platform remains innovative, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
- Innovation & Idea Incubation
Proactively generate ideas to elevate the Loyalty Club experience. Pilot creative campaigns and digital tools (e.g., interactive challenges, partner integrations) using consumer insights and tech trends to propose initiatives that differentiate our offering.
- Technical Liaison & Issue Resolution
Act as the bridge between business and IT. Translate business needs into technical briefs and coordinate with internal teams or vendors for implementation. Communicate technical constraints and opportunities clearly to business stakeholders. Support and advise on troubleshooting and crisis management for both member and system issues.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination
Manage relationships with technology vendors and promotional agencies. Ensure compliance with technical standards and collaborate on deploying new features or campaigns, such as integrating a contest microsite into the main platform.
- Budget Oversight
Manage the Loyalty Club budget to support planned activities. Maintain financial discipline and work closely with Finance to monitor and control spending.
Each of these responsibilities ensures the role goes beyond maintenance into proactive development of our Loyalty Club. By covering both commercial and technical spheres, this Specialist becomes a key driver of our Loyalty Club’s evolution, directly contributing to its strategic ambition to become a Brand Powerhouse by providing long-term meaningful value.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Additional education in Information Systems
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Ownership (preferred)
- Familiarity with Project Management tools
- Proven experience in loyalty program management, consumer engagement, or brand activation
- Experience collaborating with IT teams or vendors to implement platform features (e.g., gamification, personalization)
- Ability to translate business needs into technical briefs and vice versa
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, especially in campaign planning and execution
- Fluency in English
- Solid foundation in cross-functional communication
