Join our Quality team and help ensure that the products we manufacture meet the highest quality, safety, and compliance standards. Through laboratory testing and continuous monitoring, you will contribute to product excellence and operational reliability.

Impact You'll Own

• Ensure accurate and timely testing of materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
• Support compliance with PMI, ISO, and regulatory quality standards.
• Detect, investigate, and escalate quality deviations to support rapid resolution.
• Maintain reliable laboratory equipment and measurement accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Perform sampling, testing, and laboratory analyses using approved procedures and analytical methods.
• Record, interpret, and communicate analytical results accurately and on time.
• Monitor product quality and identify deviations from established standards.
• Support investigations and root cause analysis of non-conformances.
• Verify, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality requirements in all laboratory activities.
• Participate in improvement initiatives that strengthen laboratory effectiveness and compliance.

Skills & Capabilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance principles.
• Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment will be considered a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
