New products bring new challenges – in the way we source and buy raw materials, in the way we engineer and manufacture. We’re currently looking for a LSP Executive to join our Logistics team. The LSP Executive will monitor the efficiency of the flows in terms of time, cost and quality for Physical movements by ensuring that goods are stored and moved in accordance with all local laws and PMI practices and procedures and accurately reflected in all relevant systems and reports.
‘Your day to day’
- Monitor costs efficiently, provide analyses related to resources utilization and propose corrective actions when needed
- Guarantee appropriate performance, define improvement priorities and action plans to adhere to PMI quality standards and legal requirements
- Identify productivity improvement opportunities based on internal analysis and proactive external benchmarking, set improvement targets for logistics service provider and internal teams and ensure implementation
- Oversee records in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) verify the accuracy of the data recorded and propose solutions where deviations are observed
- Generate weekly and monthly reports related to inventory management, coordinate inventory processes (physical stock accounts and system alignment)
- Facilitate seamless and efficient communication between Factory, Logistics Service providers, Regional Supply chain, Tax and Broker
- Adhere to all Quality, Environment, and Health, Safety, and Security rules, policies and practices by applying and ensuring workplace and other employee in compliance with norms by local regulation
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic, Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Logistics and/or Supply chain will be considered a plus
- Previous experience with SAP will be an asset
- Good command of reporting tools such as PowerBi
- Strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A confident and positive attitude with ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- A continuous improvement mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in both English and Greek (written and oral)
- Completed Military obligations (if applicable)
