Join our Indirect Retail where you will lead field operations across your region, build strong retailer relationships and turn commercial priorities into impactful action at the point of sale.

Impact You'll Own

  • Lead the assigned area Indirect Retail team third party field forces, to deliver business objectives and execution excellence.
  • Strengthen relationships with small and large retailers, supporting high-quality consumer experiences.
  • Identify territory opportunities and turn market, sales and shopper insights into focused action plans.
  • Improve product awareness, availability and execution standards across points of sale.
  • Build team capability through clear priorities, coaching, feedback and performance management.

What You'll Do

  • Translate commercial strategies into clear field activities and ensure consistent execution across the region.
  • Set team objectives and key performance indicators, monitor results and take corrective action when needed.
  • Organize daily operations, territory allocation and routes to focus resources on the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Analyze market and sales information to identify gaps, trends and opportunities at territory level.
  • Build retailer knowledge and engagement through effective communication, education and business support.
  • Increase product availability and address out-of-stock situations through proactive retailer collaboration.
  • Share field insights and constructive feedback with Regional and Commercial Planning teams.
  • Monitor execution within approved budgets and recommend action when deviations arise.

Skills & Capabilities

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Field Sales or Commercial roles.
  • Experience leading, coaching or coordinating field teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced problem-solving and the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Completed military obligations, if applicable.
