We are currently seeking for our People & Culture team in Greece an HR Operations Specialist (Product & Experience Delivery Specialist), whose main purpose is to ensure that P&C products and services are designed & delivered in a way which elevates employee experience.
Your ‘day to day’
- The HR Operations Specialist (P&ED Specialist) performs HR transactional and operational tasks at the affiliate level
- Cooperates with Group & Central Functions in ensuring best quality services are offered from our shared services and our centers of excellence
- Guides Employees and Managers with various personnel queries and supports local HR Managers and Directors with ad-hoc requests
- Coordinates and delivers on the implementation of Global & Local Initiatives and projects evolving the HR service offering and elevating the Employee Experience.
- Ensures smooth transitions and actions of expats (STAs in & out, LTAs in & out and all types of international assignment employees) in alignment with Global Mobility & Local Vendors
- Supports the Hiring & Onboarding of new joiners or internal/domestic movers in accordance to P&C processes
- As Knowledge Management Author to introduce, maintain or retire local policies and procedures, in both Greek and English languages.
Who we’re looking for:
- College/University degree in Business, Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in HR in a multinational organization or relevant business environments
- Strong knowledge of core HR processes and procedures
- Proficient Level of English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A curious and analytical problem solver, eager to explore new tools, trends, and strategies in HR.
- Strong customer orientation, with a passion for delivering excellent service to internal stakeholders.
