Position Title:  Digital Engagement Specialist (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Join our Digital Engagement team and support the planning, execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns for the Greek market. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective customer journeys, high-quality campaigns and measurable results.

Impact You'll Own

• Deliver digital campaigns that support customer engagement and business objectives.
• Improve campaign performance through segmentation, A/B testing and real-time monitoring.
• Ensure accurate, timely and consistent execution across digital channels.
• Turn campaign results into practical recommendations and documented learnings.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate campaign planning and execution with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Prepare agency briefs covering customer journeys, HTML templates, creative assets and delivery requirements.
• Gather digital assets and campaign materials from internal teams.
• Design and review email automation flows and customer journeys.
• Manage campaign timelines, priorities, agency delivery and user acceptance testing.
• Support CRM strategy development, database segmentation and campaign testing.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports and recommend optimizations.
• Develop campaign proposals and creative marketing ideas.

Skills & Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Engagement, Performance Marketing, or similar roles.
• Experience in customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and campaign execution.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Jira and Confluence would be considered a plus.
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple campaigns, stakeholders and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Completed military obligations, if applicable.
