Position Title:  Commercial Planning Executive (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Join our Commercial Operations team and help enable high-performing commercial channels that deliver seamless omni-channel consumer experiences. You will drive planning, performance optimization, stakeholder alignment, and channel effectiveness to support sustainable business growth.

Impact You'll Own

• Improve channel effectiveness through coordinated commercial deployment and execution.
• Strengthen omni-channel consumer experiences through continuous channel development and optimization.
• Provide performance insights that support data-driven business decisions and resource allocation.
• Drive sustainable growth through effective planning, governance, and stakeholder collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Support commercial planning and translate initiatives into coordinated deployment plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align channel execution with business priorities.
• Optimize channel performance using reporting, analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
• Coordinate performance dashboards and provide channel insights and recommendations.
• Manage planning inputs, budget monitoring, and ROI improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while supporting capability growth.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, policies, and commercial standards.

Skills & Capabilities

• University degree in Business Administration or in relevant fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in commercial planning, field sales, sales operations, or commercial functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Commercial planning, project management and forecasting skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and proficiency in MS Office.
