About Built to Lead

Built to Lead is an Engineering Leadership Development Program designed for professionals aspiring to become the next generation of Operations leaders. Joining us on a permanent contract from day one, you will embark on a two-year rotational development journey, gaining exposure across key operational functions, leading impactful projects, and developing the technical, business, and leadership capabilities required to accelerate your career.

The program is intentionally designed to prepare high-potential engineers for future leadership roles, providing the experience, mentorship, and development needed to successfully transition into team leadership positions within our Manufacturing organization.Through a tailored combination of on-the-job learning, cross-functional exposure, and impactful assignments, you will develop an end-to-end understanding of manufacturing and build the skills, mindset, and leadership capabilities needed for long-term professional growth and success.

Skills & Capabilities 

  • BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production Engineering or a related engineering discipline.  

  • Registered member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) 

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.  

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.  

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.  

  • Professional proficiency in Greek and English. 

  • Fulfilled military obligations
