Your ‘day to day’ tasks

  • Lead, coach, and support the team to consistently achieve commercial and business objectives.
  • Foster a high‑performance culture through regular feedback, coaching, and development discussions.
  • Conduct performance and business review meetings to assess territory results, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Recruit, onboard, and integrate new team members, ensuring smooth transition and engagement.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and business partners, providing timely solutions and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Drive new business development by identifying opportunities through market analysis, networking, and partner expansion.
  • Track and analyze sales performance against targets, identifying trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage commercial execution and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure the effective implementation of initiatives.
  • Actively collect and share market, customer, and performance insights with development and management teams.
  • Prepare, present, and execute territory‑level commercial and development plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and stakeholders’ performance.
  • Own and monitor the territory budget in close collaboration with relevant back‑office teams. 

Who we’re looking for

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 3–7 years of professional experience in similar commercial roles, preferably within a multinational FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Proven experience in analyzing market trends, sales data, and consumer insights.
  • Demonstrated people‑management experience with a collaborative and motivating leadership style.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong and trusted relationships.
  • High adaptability and problem‑solving capability, with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced user of MS Office
  • Valid driving license.
  • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
