Job Title: Process Lead

Purpose

  • Execute and lead processes to eliminate losses through effective problem-solving and process control.
  • Support business results for assigned RRP & CC lines by fully applying IMS and PMI standards.
  • Act as a process expert/qualifier/coach in problem-solving and on-floor troubleshooting.
  • Ensure team compliance with all standard OPEN+ Systems and tools.

Accountabilities

  1. Sustainability

    • Ensure compliance with PMI and legal standards related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability.
    • Promote a transparent safety culture with a preventive/predictive approach.
  2. Quality

    • Oversee and own the Centerline (CL) process to maximize product quality.
    • Establish and review CL targets and limits.
    • Develop control strategies for out-of-control situations and ensure proper documentation.
    • Lead problem-solving activities using standard tools (Q Flag, IPS, 6W2H, UPS, PDM).
  3. Delivery

    • Participate in Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and contribute to loss elimination activities.
    • Review and analyze Line Performance data to achieve KPIs.
    • Ensure data integrity and maintain data records.
    • Lead the vertical start-up process for initiatives or projects.
  4. Cost

    • Establish changeover standards for SKUs and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Propose and deploy process modifications to eliminate losses and reduce waste.
    • Lead change management and reapplication processes.
  5. Morale

    • Promote and validate Kaizens raised by teams.
    • Coach teams in centerlines, problem-solving, and loss elimination.
    • Communicate priorities, plans, and responsibilities for cross-functional alignment.
    • Complete own training plan and comply with the Qualification Matrix.
  6.  

    • Act as a Pillar Member and cooperate with Line Lead to implement standard work processes.
    • Ensure team capabilities based on step-up cards according to IOS/OPEN+.

Education

  • Higher Technical Education or Professional Technical Education.

Work Experience

  • 1 year of experience in an industrial environment or similar activities, with a preference for mechanical studies.

Language Skills

  • Basic or advanced English skills.

Functional Skills

  • Intermediate IT skills (Office).
  • Data visualization and storytelling
