About the Internship
At PMJO, we are embracing transformation and innovation to support PMI’s vision of a smoke-free future. As part of this journey, we are launching an internship program designed to empower young talent with hands-on experience in a dynamic, multinational environment.
We are looking to hire an intern with academic backgrounds in Electrical Engineering. Intern will be distributed across various departments, contributing to strategic projects and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Support operations strategy and results delivery initiatives by analyzing cost/loss intelligence and proposing data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize production schedules, inventory levels, and performance indicators.
• Assist in the development and implementation of digital dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and other platforms.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on projectsgoals and deliverables.
• Contribute to digitalization efforts by identifying and integrating new technologies into existing processes.
• Conduct literature reviews and technical research to support manufacturing processes improvement.
• Apply engineering principles to solve practical problems in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain.
Who We’re Looking For
• Students or recent graduates in Electrical Engineering.
• Available to start in Q4 2025.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
