Your day-to-day:
- Oversee the stability, performance, and continuous development of web platforms and digital products, ensuring seamless user journeys (e.g., authentication, transactions, administration)
- Act as a Product Owner by managing backlog, prioritizing change requests, and driving feature enhancements aligned with business needs
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital and AI/ML initiatives, from initiation and planning to execution and implementation
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders (business, IT, global teams) to translate requirements into scalable digital solutions
- Manage external vendors and development partners, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and cost efficiency
- Monitor platform performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive enhancements in UX, conversion, security, and stability
- Coordinate platform operations, including incident management, bug tracking, testing, and deployment activities in collaboration with IT teams
- Support the integration of AI/ML capabilities into existing digital platforms and evaluate their business impact
- Maintain and structure documentation (e.g., Jira, Confluence), ensure knowledge sharing, and support continuous team enablement
- Contribute to the launch and enhancement of new digital features and products
Who we're looking for:
- 2-3+ years of experience in digital product management, web platforms, or similar roles (e.g., Product Owner, Digital Lead, Systems Lead)
- English proficiency at B2 is preferrable
- Strong understanding of web platform operations and digital product lifecycle
- Proven experience in managing end‑to‑end digital projects in a cross‑functional environment, ideally using Agile methodologies
- Experience working with external vendors and managing delivery processes
- Familiarity with web platforms / CMS / e-commerce solutions (e.g., Bitrix or similar) and understanding of backend-driven environments
- Basic understanding or hands-on exposure to AI/ML tools and their application in digital products
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, CRM and ERP systems, as well as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex corporate environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight timelines
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset with focus on impact, performance, and continuous improvement
