In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's strategic direction. Your responsibilities will include leading and supporting high-impact, multi-year strategic initiatives, as well as identifying and validating new business opportunities. You will drive the development and implementation of cluster strategies by collaborating across functions, synthesising insights, conducting thorough analyses, and supporting long-term planning and decision-making processes in close partnership with regional and global stakeholders. You will oversee the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of KZ & CAS cluster strategy, working directly with the Managing Director, management team, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of key business objectives.
Your day-to-day:
- Lead and drive KZ & CAS cluster strategy cycle, ensuring comprehensive long-range plan (GAM) development through close collaboration with both local and regional leadership teams. Oversee the entire strategic process from insight generation and strategic planning to effective execution, delivering clear direction and measurable results.
- Lead and deliver high-impact strategic projects across key areas, including commercial operations, external affairs, cluster expansion, innovative business models, growth acceleration, and profitability enhancement. Execute multi-category strategic initiatives in close partnership with commercial and business stakeholders. Direct analysis, set intellectual agendas, structure workstreams, and manage complex problem-solving as an integral part of strategic projects.
- Proactively gather, analyse, and synthesise both internal and external data to deliver actionable insights that enable informed and impactful executive decision-making.
- Facilitate the OGSM, encompassing annual objectives, goals, strategies, and measurements for the KZ & CAS cluster. Ensure seamless alignment and consistency across all teams to drive unified execution and achievement of strategic priorities.
- Drive execution by applying data-driven analysis, leveraging competitive intelligence, and incorporating consumer and route-to-market insights. Identify and facilitate actionable recommendations to secure optimal business outcomes.
- Provide structured support for the preparation of executive presentations and conduct ad-hoc analyses as required by the market, regional, or global management teams. Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Who we're looking for:
- University degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, with extensive professional experience in workplace or facility management, administrative management, project management, procurement or finance within a multinational environment.
- Critical thinking, problem solving and analytics capabilities to achieve result under uncertainty and ambiguity.

Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken is preferrable.
- Strong capability and passion to drive change within large, complex organizations.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and assertive, while collaborating effectively and facilitating productive meetings to motivate team and achieve results.
