Your day-to-day:

  • Lead the coordination of product and packaging development initiatives in close collaboration with brand teams and the manufacturing cluster, providing structured oversight of project progress and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all relevant systems.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end management of the Marketing Department budget, ensuring effective cost governance across marketing activities and close coordination with Finance to support timely and accurate financial closing.
  • Oversee contract management and documentation processes for marketing activities, ensuring alignment with internal governance standards, effective collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders, and consistent adoption of documentation best practices across Marketing teams.
  • Ensure effective cross‑functional coordination of product and packaging initiatives, supporting seamless alignment between brand strategy, operational execution and manufacturing requirements.
  • Support structured governance of product and branding projects by tracking key milestones, maintaining transparency of project status and enabling informed decision‑making.
  • Contribute to consistency and quality of product and packaging execution, ensuring timely updates and reliability of information throughout the development lifecycle.

 

Who we're looking for:

  • University degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management or related field.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, leading projects.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and contract management processes.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher is preferred.
  • Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.); experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset, strong process management skills, analytical thinking, and high level of accountability.
