This position is based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan

 

Your day-to-day:

  • Organizing and managing the work of the customer service department to achieve market objectives. 
  • Ensuring proper distribution of products across sales channels, on-time delivery, and maintaining optimal stock levels at regional warehouses and sales points. 
  • Organizing and coordinating the work of external warehouses, ensuring compliance with company standards, managing processes, and training personnel. 
  • Analyzing the performance of current suppliers in terms of flexibility, pricing (in collaboration with the purchasing department), and agreed-upon KPIs and SLAs. 
  • Leading projects aimed at optimizing and/or automating processes for economic efficiency, as well as projects to improve interactions with company partners. 
  • Overseeing customs clearance and certification processes in the market. 
  • Managing cross-departmental collaboration to implement and support processes for digital labeling in compliance with legislative requirements. 
  • Cooperating with various internal departments and external partners to ensure effective operations in the customer service department through proper coordination, communication, and information sharing. 
  • Participating in or leading global/local initiatives to implement PMI strategies. Managing the division's budget. 
  • Managing, directing, and developing the team.

 

Who we're looking for:

  • Higher education in business administration, supply chain management, or related fields. 
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar leadership position in supply chain management (experience in FMCG, distribution companies, including those with products requiring digital labeling, is an advantage). 
  • Project management skills and experience. 
  • Knowledge of financial principles. 
  • People management skills. 
  • English proficiency at an upper intermediate or higher level is preferable.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint), Power BI.
