Position Title:  Manager Procurement Account Ops

Your day-to-day:

• Manage source‑to‑contract activities for production and operational categories in line with business needs.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to understand demand and support business planning.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive terms and reliable supply.
• Support contract management, supplier performance review, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify supply and cost risks and contribute to mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and governance requirements.
• Contribute to procurement projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and processes.
  

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in procurement,  or operational purchasing.
• Hands‑on experience with production, materials, or supply chain-related categories.
• Sound understanding of negotiation principles and supplier relationship management.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office.
• Proficiency in English (advanced level) is preferrable.
