Your day-to-day:
- Build strong and effective development team.
- Identify capability gaps and define learning priorities.
- Design and implement structured learning programs.
- Measure training effectiveness (KPIs, performance, behavioral impact).
- Continuously improve learning solutions based on feedback and business needs.
- Act as a business partner to commercial teams.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and capture learning needs.
- Plan and facilitate trainings, workshops, and engagement sessions.
- Lead L&D projects across the commercial organization.
Who we're looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in learning development.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is preferrable.
- Proven experience in training delivery and business facilitation.
- Experience in business partnering; FMCG background is a plus.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience organizing workshops and events.
- Project management experience.
