Position Title:  Batch Record Reviewer

Your day-to-day:

• Ensure compliance with quality standards during product manufacturing.
• Support the Quality Control department in analyzing non-conforming products and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Manage the disposal of non-conforming intermediate and finished products.
• Participate in Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Confirm product readiness for commercial production launch.
• Maintain batch documentation: review, analyze, and archive.
• Support the production department in data management and document flow.
• Conduct risk analysis and participate in deviation and non-conformance investigations.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to reporting.
• Collaborate with technical and production teams.
• Participate in testing process and product improvements.

Who we're looking for:

• Higher education in biological, physical sciences, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, quality control, or related areas.
• English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher is preferable.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, quality control processes, analytical and statistical tools.
• Skills in reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical industry requirements is an advantage
